Prompt: Think about the word or phrase you find yourself using the most right now. What is it, what does it mean, and why has it become part of your everyday vocabulary? Explain when you typically use it and what your choice of this word or phrase might reveal about you.

Prompt Response: Thinking about a phrase that I say most right now it would most likely be ¨forget yourself¨. It is a West African slang that essentially means to get out of here. It is usually said when someone says or does something outrageous you don ´ t agree with. I live in a West African household so I usually say it but even more now because things have been happening left and right. ¨Forget yourself¨ has become almost an automatic saying that I constantly use to express my discomfort and opinion.
